Her team is also excellent from the front desk to her hygienist, Vivian. The office is a combination of professional competence with a friendly, caring culture. They use the latest technology, do excellent dental work, pay attention to patient comfort, and work with you to make the right decisions for your dental care. The team is also clear about the cost of any procedure that requires a co-payment before they start the work -- so no surprises, and they work efficiently with your insurance company. I couldn't ask for a better dental team and would highly recommend!

I always enjoy my appointments with Jessie and her friendly, skilled team at their comfortable office in Menlo Park. From the moment you walk in until your appointment is over, you feel as if you are the most important priority of their day. The modern technology at Jessie's fingertips is truly impressive. I have never received such a clear picture and understanding of the condition of my teeth, gums and mouth. Using high definition photos and 3-D images, she plainly explains a particular condition or situation and then talks through various alternatives to develop a plan where I feel that I have some input. Just from a short conversation, her professional expertise is obvious, and her relaxed, friendly and caring manner exudes confidence. Ordinary appointments for cleaning are a pleasure. I'm usually so comfortable in their reclining chairs that I've nearly fallen asleep several times! Her staff all are very good at what they do and reflect her values and professionalism perfectly.
